Going on 2 1/2 weeks crain will have my truck sittinig in their parking lot waiting to be diagnosed and repaired and yet im having to walk 5 miles to work and 5 miles home after a 10 hour work day, almost 6 hours a day walking to and from work . Then they tell me it will most likely be another week before they can get it in to look at it and then will need it for a while longer just for repairs . My job requires me to have a vehicle , while it sits in crain parking lot i may lose my job , my apartment , my health indursnce , by the time they get around to fixing it ill modt likely be homeless and living on the streets .Review from Joann .

THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! I'll preface this by stating that I have been having my vehicles serviced at a different Chevrolet dealership for the past 5 years. This service department should not even be allowed to use Chevrolet branding. They took 3.5 hours to do routine maintenance, tried to send me away with an electronics error, the service technician stormed out when the other employee attempted to ask about the error, and then I later discovered that the technician DID NOT APPROPRIATELY TIGHTEN THE LUG NUTS ON MY WHEELS which resulted in one spontaneously falling off. This type of complete disregard for the safety and satisfaction of customers can only be attributed to extremely poor leadership and management. I wish I had read reviews online before going. I WILL NEVER USE THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN.Review from Doyle J

Went in due to service engine light being on and remote start not working. Gave me an outrageous amount of things they COULD do and a price. Told them no. Please check truck and correct problem. After waiting and waiting I went to ask how long. They talked with me about what they would do and the price. We agreed and they had it ready within an hour after that. But I was there for around 4 hours.Review from Betsy P

This Carlot is full of scammers I originally went in to get a diagnosis on my car and as I was walking out a sale person approached me telling that he could get me in any car I wanted with a down payment of 3,500.00.. frustrated with the repair cost of my other vehicle I thought that was great.. Weeks later I got my paperwork in the mail and noticed I was approved for the car 0 down and the 3,500.00 I put down on the car was not put towards the car it was actually pocketed by the sales man. I would not recommend this car lot to anyone and definitely be careful when making a purchase from crain
