              We own a Roofing business and have a mutual client with this said business, Aluminum Specialty. We entered into an agreement with him in June for him to do some awning work for our client on June 14, 2022. We paid him the amount he requested so he could get materials for the job. We have been trying to contact him along with our client and when we do reach him, he always has an excuse. He has ghosted us here lately and will not answer the phone or return calls. After looking into his business, I see he has awful reviews on other pages. I feel that we and our client have been taken advantage of and he has no intention of doing the work. We just need this issue resolved.

              Not a happy customer with Aluminum Specialty Company. They have had half of the money for the job for several months. They have not produced materials and will not return any calls. The owner is not very professional in his dealings with customers. I would not recommend this company at all.
