Initially I was satisfied with the service I received from Petrunic. I paid $1000 down and around $230/month. In July, I was hospitalized for 3 weeks. My card was stolen and money was taken from my account. I paid for that month but I didnt update the new card because I didnt order one. I didnt pay for August. They sent a text in Sept with an additional $60 late fee plus the payment for Sept totaling $545.88. I told them my situation; and I asked if I could pay in cash for 3 months and could they waive the $60 late fee. I was told no by ********. She then went in to say that they are just like a mortgage company and ************** Also, that they expect their money on time for service. I told her that ******** and any mortgage company sends a bill each month as a reminder. And its funny how they can send a reminder once the fee is added but not before. ******** was so rude and continued on by saying I knew what date I chose to have my payments taken out and I needed to be more responsible. I told her that due to her rudeness, I would never do business with Petrunic. Now I want my daughters braces removed and theyre charging $350 because I have a balance on my account that wasnt corrected until today.
