  We hired this company to come out and resurface our driveway and add some additional asphalt to extend the driveway. Chris came out immediately and they completed the job in one day on March 28th. The contract says there is a one year warranty on the service. Six days after the job was done, a *** truck turned around in our driveway and the asphalt buckled up and moved. It should not be doing this and after further research, we found that the upper part of our driveway where the asphalt was extended was not put on thick enough. We discussed this with Chris and he agreed that it should not be doing that and because there was no previous asphalt on that section, the underlay was not correct. It needed an extra layer on that section because it was too thin. We sent photos as requested by Chris and asked if he would come out to take a look and let us know his thoughts.
  When we first contacted Chris, he told us he was in a car accident and that is why he didn't call us back, then he told us he would be out that weekend and never showed. I called asking when he was going to be there and he told us he went to the wrong address.
  
  Since then we have texted and left numerous voicemails for him and his partner and have not heard back from anyone since April 9th. The job was completed on March 28th. I have a record of all calls and texts just trying to get someone to come out and look at the driveway so we can figure out what needed to be done to fix it. It is cracking now in some parts. Chris last contacted us on April 9th saying he would let us know by the end of the week when he would be out here. That was over 2 weeks ago and we cannot get anyone to call or text us back. We would like for the warranty to be honored and for the driveway to be repaired.

  I do need to add that when Chris came out to do the driveway, there were two dump trucks full of asphalt. One was used for our driveway and they ended up leaving our house after leaving the first coat of asphalt and went right down the road to do another driveway with the second dump truck. It is our belief that Chris had every intention of putting another layer on the extended driveway section because it was being put down on top of dirt so had nothing to bind it with and the rest of the driveway already had an old layer of asphalt. Instead, he saw a customer that was wanting their driveway completed so they wrapped up our job and loaded up, went right down the road and did the asphalt job for our neighbor. So he essentially got paid for two separate jobs and ended up making extra money from the neighbor down the street instead of putting the second layer on top of the areas that were extended. Now we have a driveway that is cracking and is extremely thin on the right side of the driveway next to the house where it was extended.
