            Recurring issues with workmanship on asphalt installation for Shagbark Trl, Fortson Ga He needs to respond to us immediately with his plan to address these issues Chris agreed to a 1 year warranty on the workmanship related to the re-paving of Shagbark Trl. We paid $40,000.There have been multiple issues that he has tried to repair since the asphalt was installed in Dec. 2020 There continues to be issues in some of the same areas previously repaired. Asphalt was initially installed at night with temps in the 40's and repairs done in wet or rainy weather.We would like for Chris to work with us to address a permanent solution to stop the asphalt from breaking up in multiple areas. We reached out to him concerning the latest issues from repairs done in May 2021 with no response.Our payments were made in full on time.We were guaranteed quality workmanship on the completed job for a year.There has been deterioration immediately after repair. He always has an excuse for work not to be done.
