My wife died from Covid 19. Afterwards I became aware of FEMA paying families who's relative death certificate actually had Covid-19 on it. I began going to ****** funeral home a number of times before told ******************* would be able to assist me. After meeting ******************* she assured me she could assist me. I waited numerous times only to be told she wasn't at work. I've left numerous messages for her to call me back. I was finally told by ******************* she had spoke with some person from FEMA, and knew what paperwork needed to be sent. ******************* assured me she knew what paperwork was needed and would send it in to FEMA on my behalf. I patiently waited for FEMA to contact me. I called last week only to be told by FEMA, they are still awaiting paperwork from ******. I have called numerous times, left messages over the past two weeks and no response. At this point, I don't know what to do.
