  Got car repoed on Friday march 7th. Couldve paid the money and got the car same day, but the business doesnt operate on a full work day not even a half day. They leave the office at noon-1230. Couldnt get in contact with anyone the first day had to do it online had the money to pay but they literally just wouldnt cause they say they only do appointments but they didnt have a opening til Mondaygot up Monday paid almost 2 thousand dollars. Like 1900 and some change was at ******am. Since I made an appointment that day for property recovery because we didnt even have the option of picking up the car the first day. But only our property. Thats 3 day hold right there. So once we pay. The credit holder of the car said they sent over the release of the car *******am. Not even lunch yet.. call the guy back and we still couldnt get our cause he said he was leaving at ******* so he didnt want to process or do anything else after that bit was told from him hey tomorrow just come up here even if u are not schedule I will get you in and get it taken care of I took of work called him at 8:50am Tuesday for him to tell me his boss said he will get I. Trouble if he let us get the car with no appointment even though the car was released Monday before 1130am. And since they go by appointments and only work til 12 now we are told we cant get the car til the following day. Literally just charging us extra storage days. We are literally just getting charged to be charged. Even today we stood there for almost 2 hours and not one person came to get a car as far as a appointment with someone. We sat outside the gate with an officer who also said this is a normal thing for this business to keep people cars 4-5 days just cause, and nothing is being done about it. We paid almost 2k and they are racking up almost $300 in fees just cause I guess they can. I took off today for nothing and have to take out tomorrow I work 2 jobs to pay this high rent in ******

  Towed my vehicle late at night while visiting a a friend at hallmark apartment complex in ****** al. They lied and said it was for illegal parking. They dont answer the phone so you can retrieve your vehicle. They make you have cash while telling you one price but making you pay another price when you get there. Very rude. Was charged $250 and vehicle wasnt on the lot only for a couple hrs. Didnt provide me with any contract or sales prices when asked. Didnt provide me with any receipt when ask just took my money so I can get vehicle

  07/02/2024 they will not release my vehicle in which I paid for. Will Not communicate make you wait a week just collect unnecessary fees this company should be shut down an never used again

  This towing company is connected with titlemax and they have towed my vehicle friday night/saturday morning. They have yet to answer the phone for me i cant drive there because i have no vehicle. I have called around to them and the place it is supposed to be towed to all week with no updates of where my vehicle is. I tried their online services to see was my vehicle there and its stating it is not there. I have no vehicle to get around to do anything! They are not trying to release my vehicle to where it should be tomorrow will make 5 business days and they will be closed on weekends.

  They have used predatory towing tactics this year and last year to my family and my room mate, they claim its appointment only but refuse to give appointment or even answer the phone, the ***** prices and tow later in the week then once again claim to be closed so they can keep your vehicle longer and charge more money. Their employees sneak around parking lots looking at tag number and stickers and have scared my girlfriend very late at night doing so. Its absolutely appalling that this business has been allowed to do this dispite hundreds of complaints on ******* multiple other sites and even this website (BBB).

  They came to Azalea point around 4 am in the morning and stole my car They say it was illegal parked with a parking decals in the window, and there were several other cars in front of the Apartment building that should not have been in front of the building without a parking decal that they did not touch but you get my car and I'm a tenant here and can't even? Park in front of my own Apartment complex. Where I live at. And they only got one car and I have the tape 250 to get my car

  Towed car from Central Housing *** College housing. There was a parking pass on mirror for the apt however they towed anyways saying they didnt see it. When we went to get car they wanted keys to drive out to us would not let us walk with them I feel at this point they took the pass off the mirror and threw it away. Apt says they cant do anything about it because they are contracted out. Also they took cash payment of $285. For car and would not give us a receipt. This scam needs to be stopped I am also going to contact the governors office and the news because based on reviews this should have been shut down along time of go!!!

  On Oct. 25, 23 between 2;00am - 3:30am my car was repossessed by Tri-State Recovery. The vehicle was parked at the home of an individual that had another vehicle parked to the right of my car. On the homeowner's camera, they noticed the repo-driver leaning on her vehicle and taking a photo of her ***. When I sent a photo to the repo company questioning the driver actions, they refused to respond. On 10/30/23 I had to ask a second time and I also had to mention they were ignoring my question. Eventually I was sent a rude and disgusting response, which was, "if our agent suspected that the other unit was out for repossession! Yes he is "aloud" to take a pic of the *** to put in "your" system. Thank you." With that response, I think I was being told he can take a photo to put into their system. If so, it is illegal for any repo company in Alabama to obtain the information of a non-involved party for their records. The homeowner who is the owner of vehicle wanted to know. Also, the owner spoke with their attorney who requested that I ask the repo company. I responded by letting them know he was not allowed to do that because that violated the rights and privacy of the owner. At the time in which he took that picture, he had the vehicle he came for hooked up and he had already taken a photo of the *** of that vehicle. Repo companies in Alabama are breaking laws of other people because nothing is being done about their violations. I would like an apology and so would that owner. It is also being requested that they delete the other vehicle owner's photo and information. It is against the law to walk up to someone's vehicle, snap a photo of their *** to obtain information about them to withhold in your records. He was very clear of his duties and he violated that. I want the company to CALL AND WRITE AN APOLOGY TO ME AND THE ****** Also, the vehicle owner will be looking to seek legal action for the violation of their privacy and the illegal retaining of their information.

  This company is a scam they team up with apartment complexes in ********* and illegally tow vehicles, then when you try to contact them to get your vehicle they dont respond. My vehicle was towed from an apartment complex that i live in, Ive called and email this business to retrieve my car and no response

  My MS ******* son stayed with an AL ******* friend Friday night. He circled the apartment complex in search of where to park. A resident pointed to a visitor spot, which were told now is no longer a visitor spot. There are NONE. As he parked, a tow truck driver watched him get out. Guess what, when my son walked inside the apartment, the tow truck driver got his truck. Instead of simply saying, you cant park there. He charged a struggling ******* student $290 to get his truck the next day. My husband called to get the details. Keep in mind, the truck is actually in my husbands name. He asked how my son would know not to park there. He was hung up on!! My son said he saw the tow truck going in and out of the parking lot constantly. Ive also read other complaints. Apparently, they prey! Money making scam at its finest!!! We will be getting legal advice tomorrow. I dont care if it costs us even more than the $290 they basically stole. Its the principle! Of course, they didnt give him a receipt either.
