Peytons Boarding House, **** is staffed by a self-managed work team. The team shares all care and household responsibilities. Each team member assumes rotating coordinator responsibilities to facilitate accountability for specific duties, communications and reporting. In addition to the following standard roles, each team may establish other coordinator positions as needed.
