4 starsI was very pleased with my visit with *****. His demeanor was very professional yet relaxed and not at all hard-sell. ***** took the time to answer all questions and didn't make me feel rushed. He was very patient. He understood this was not a task I routinely handled. His knowledge of the company and the product he was selling was quite impressive. The only negative I saw was the overall cost per window. The quote was considerably higher than I expected. However, ****** knowledge of the windows quality and longevity alleviated some of the stress I had been feeling over this project.I have not made a final decision but I can tell you, ***** is definitely an asset to Andersen.

1 starReplaced 13 windows, sliders and double hung. Leaked air from the start. After multiple times to fix issue; said sorry it meets specs, nothing else we can do. So now we have leaky windows and no warranty because we asked if we needed to get a lawyer since they wont give refund and specs are within what they think is ok,Renewal by Andersen of Alabama, LLC

Hello *****, I do apologize that you are feeling negative about the experience. As stated prior we have inspected all units on multiple visits. All windows are installed utilizing our installation methods. All units are sized within manufacture specs per the opening per our trained IPM, who visited multiple times.Review fromKatherine S

5 starsMs. ******** was great. She was professional and very knowledgeable and kind. She answered all of my questions. The people that put the windows in were really good. They could have done a better job cleaning the windows. But overall I was really happy with everything. I would work with Ms. ******** on all my projects.
