            On March 15, 2022 I called AZ Pest Control and spoke to Arial concerning my account which she advised me was two months behind this even after I told her that I was told by several representatives that I was up to date on my payments. Then after our discussion she started becoming loud telling me she would be sending my account to collections. This service was horrible their only concern was to collect money for the services without any customer service. Because of this I cancelled my service and had to pay another $100.00. I would not recommend this company due to their unprofessionalism and bad service.

            If I could give 0 stars I would. They came to do a report for a refinance and will not release the report unless I give them ANOTHER $75 after paying $200 FOR the report, or so the salesman said because I didnt go with their treatment. This extra fee was not explained in the slightest by their sale rep. So I paid $200 and got NOTHING unless I pay extra. Bad business practice. Ill be letting the BBB, my bank, and everyone I know about their shady business practices. Why do you charge so much more than competitors, hold reports hostage, and force people into using your service if youre so reputable/your product is so good? The report isnt done, it is not filed with the state, and never got to me so a verbal you got termites is not an acceptable service to charge $200 for.I want my money back for services not rendered.
