              The first complaint is that she filed an eviction notice and I would have to come up with the money before the court date to stay there. The **** is helping me and they said she should have never filed an eviction notice. She has known since October 16th that they were helping me. She told me October 17th that the **** told her that they were not helping me out. She said since I didn&#**;t have an appointment, she knew they were in meetings. She said if I paid the filing fees and whatever rent was due I could be paid before the court date and I could possibly still stay there. I have lived here 5 years. I turned in that my dishwasher was broken a week after I moved in, it&#**;s still gushes water out like it has five years ago and the maintenance men have looked at it and said I need to get a new one. ******* said that I broke it and she texted the new maintenance man and said that she is aware of my tactics and that I&#**;m trying to get a new dishwasher. I would like a new dishwasher and not to be lied to.

              They're terrible! Things don't get fixed but they get their HUD payment anyway. They use a website to pay through that will send them too much money and they won't return it. "It will go towards your next rent." The property manager here says she don't know how it works! But I know she's lying! They have 2 maintenance men for this giant apartment complex and it took me a year to get a leaking kitchen faucet fixed and now it's growing mold. I was told to clean it up and it won't come back. I'm 66yo and disabled but I did the best I could and it came back! I wouldn't recommend renting from them for no reason. I'm looking for somewhere else! All they want is money without the responsibility of taking care of the property.
