      They're terrible! Things don't get fixed but they get their HUD payment anyway. They use a website to pay through that will send them too much money and they won't return it. "It will go towards your next rent." The property manager here says she don't know how it works! But I know she's lying! They have 2 maintenance men for this giant apartment complex and it took me a year to get a leaking kitchen faucet fixed and now it's growing mold. I was told to clean it up and it won't come back. I'm 66yo and disabled but I did the best I could and it came back! I wouldn't recommend renting from them for no reason. I'm looking for somewhere else! All they want is money without the responsibility of taking care of the property.

      I pray for all those who work at this RACIST SEXIEST PLACE!!! THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!! ***** IN THE HR IS A *****! ***** ******** WHO IS OVER THE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DEPT. IS A LAZY DRUNK AND A RACIST!! ****** ****** WHO IS THE REGIONAL AT TERRACE POINTE, CHARTER LANDING, AND A FEW OTHERS IS A LIAR AND WILL DO ANYTHING TO GET YOU FIRED EVEN THOUGH SHE MOVED IN HER BABY DADDY IN ONE OF THE UNITS INSTEAD OF OWNING UP TO WHAT THEY FORCED OTHERS TO LIE AND DO.. SHE KNOWS THE ISSUES AND SHE AND SANSONE GROUP KNEW THAT TERRACE POINTE HAS ISSUES WITH MOLD ALONG WITH NUMEROUS OTHER ISSUES AND CHARTER LANDING HAS MOLD ISSUES AND THEN SOME... ANGELA BOLDEN, *****, *****, **** .. ALL KNEW OF THE ISSUES BUT SWEPT THE ISSUES UNDER THE RUG JUST TO PASS REAC INSPECTIONS!! THEY MONEY HUNGRY PPL WHO DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR EMPLOYEES (ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A BLACK MALE) LET ALONE THE TENANTS AT THE PROPERTIES!! LASTLY, ***** ********, MANAGER @ WOODBRIDGE HAS USED THE N-WORD SEVERAL TIMES WHILE IN MY PRESENCE AND OTHERS! SANSONE GROUP DO BETTER!! STOP THE LIES!! The truth WILL come out about the deceptive actions this company takes and the cover-ups that follows!

      Very unprofessional. Very rude, racist, and just flat ignorant. The manager of latitude apartments who's name is ****** is racist, unprofessional and very rude.

      Would put 0 if I could just horrible all around the board. No communication multiple property management changes along with lack of maintenance. Would not rent again .

      Live in the apartment they on Metrpolitan Village, filled with mice, they are a terrible company. Can in talking about they were going to make the building safe, not true. Doing nothing about the mice infestation. Do not have a housekeeper. The floors are filthy including the hallways. Terrible company to rent from, all they want is there rent. Would not recommend to anyone. Trying everyday to find somewhere to move. Very unhappy since they came.

      am a potential resident that is looking for a two bedroom apartment at Oak Forest Apartments. I have called numerous times every day at different times of day, and nobody ever answers the phone. Customer service is absolutely atrocious. How can somebody move in there or rent an apartment when there is no way to get a hold of anybody? Please have the corporate office look Into this matter and have it addressed with this office.

      Horrible company full of the most power hungry employees. Operating in the most shady business practices. Expect to be over charged, under serviced, neglected, ignored, and over all taken advantage of. FIRST TIME RENTERS BEWARE

      I applied for an apartment with Sansone Group. Their application took 40 pages, to include an asset verification form, and a MONTH for now they STILL never call my phone response!! These people are ridiculous!!!

      Sansone Group and ************** are neglectful and incompetent at their jobs. My brother and I lived in their DeMun property in *******, ** and we had a terrible experience with property manager **************** and owner ***. Ill start with ******* once a month, she would send a group email out to every tenant asking for people to pay their rent on time and pay it in full. Not that big of a deal, right? Except when it came time to receive our security deposit, we didnt receive it for almost three months even though ******** law requires security deposits to be returned in 30 days. Speaking of money, one time we both received a threatening email out of the blue from owner *** regarding gas billing and how he put a $375 charge on our account without even speaking with us. Long story short, the gas company messed up billing so we were paying the buildings gas **** and he was paying our units ****. We did the math and we ended paying about $10 more than him! We called him back and asked him to remove the charge from our account and we will call it even. Another issue we had was maintenance requests. As soon as we moved in, we noticed they had not done any maintenance they had promised to do before our move-in date, such as painting a water damaged ceiling and fixing a faucet. It took us about 6 months to get a new sink that they refused to fix properly. One of their maintenance men put white caulk on our ***** countertops, and said, Itll dry clear, and it should be fixed. The leak was not fixed, and it dried bright white. We also had a microwave go bad. The microwave was included in the property, but they refused to fix it because they forgot our unit included one, and told us we were on our own. After a few emails, ****** realized what we were talking about and promised to fix it. Four months later and time to move out, we still didnt have a working microwave, even after numerous correspondence with *** and ******. Lastly, three months before our lease agreement was over, the owner *** moved into the unit above us. He was renovating the unit since it was vacant. Long story short, for several months *** trashed our back yard with tons of trash and debris from his project. Not small pieces of wood or tile, Im talking about massive pieces of trash, broken ceramic tiles, bathroom fixtures, and lumber discarded over the back deck onto the ground. He would leave them there for weeks, littering our yard and shared space. Most of the wood planks had large, 3 inch nails sticking straight up out of the ground, waiting to ****** someones shoe. Overall, our experience with Sansone Group and ************** was so horrible. We are so glad we will never have to deal with them again.
