We sincerely apologize for the long wait time, as we do have a goal to assist members as soon as possible. Additionally, there should have been immediate acknowledgement of your wait time by the representative.
We also want to apologize for the lack of empathy and "personal touch." With every member interaction, we aim to live our brand of being easy, trustworthy and lifechangingthis did not happen.
Your call has been reviewed by the agent, the agent's managers, a member service coordinator, and two senior-level managers. We will continue to monitor performance to ensure that every team member is executing high service standards.
In conclusion, we as an organization are dedicated to addressing issues such as unreasonably long wait times, etc.
