I have an issue with my skill level and the special treatment of other players. I have asked 3 times to be lowered because I am not at the right skill level while other players that are lower skill levels are not accurately adjusted. I have a win percentage of *****% in 8 ball and I have requested to be adjusted accurately and it has fallen on death ears. I have been denied once with a response and have not been responded to the other 2 times I have asked for skill level adjustment. I also recently played ******************************* who is a 2 and had a break and run and high win percentage but she is a consistent 2 without adjustment. One of my team members expressed there concerns and they denied her the right to have her voice heard and was completely railroaded from the topic. I feel like certain members get special treatment because they play more then once a week as I am currently playing. I do not think its right to have special treatment just because I don't play as much as other players. So I am exoculating to get some answers and have my skill level properly adjusted. This is a very frustrating topic because obviously I am not getting fair and equal treatment.

When I joined the *** the league operator in our area asked me a few questions over the phone and determined I was a 5. (she never saw me play) Her team was going to play our team and she's a 3 so she gave herself an advantage. So far my experience with the *** is that it is a sloppy organization where no one really cares about structure or fair play. Last night my opponent hit the ball off the table when breaking, his team said "Oh he get's to go again, its a rule.", then they had the audacity to ask me to tighten up the rack after he lossened it by wobbling the table when breaking. What and why am I paying for this? Most of my opponents are drunk when they play so if you are looking for a rewarding fun experience that is handled professionally, this is not where you want to be.

Dear ****************************,I hope this message finds you well. We appreciate your communication regarding the recent complaint, and we take all concerns raised by our members seriously. After carefully reviewing the details you provided and cross-referencing them with the *** Official Team Manual, we would like to clarify our position on the matter. As per page 44 of the Official Team Manual, the scenario described in the complaint clearly outlines that "If the lagged ***** make contact with each other, both players fail to strike the foot rail during the lag, or a ball stops in the jaw of a pocket, re-lag." Based on this rule, the outcome of the situation in question aligns with the established guidelines, and therefore, the result stands and there is nothing to protest. We would like to inform you that we have received no prior requests or communications from you, either locally or nationally, regarding this matter. Moving forward, we would suggest that you contact your Local League Operator or the *** National Office directly for any concerns or questions. This will allow us to more quickly address issues and provide you with the necessary assistance. We value your participation in the *** and aim to ensure a positive experience for all our members.Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
