      Horrible experience with customer service so please beware when purchasing from leatherup.

      I ordered boots that unfortunately were too tight so I wanted an exchange and sent the original back. I didn't hear from leatherup or received anything for over a month. Started sending emails wondering what's going on and wanted to just cancel the whole thing and request a refund because i had already lost interest due to response times. Still no response. Last week I finally got an email stating Hi Raiman, what can I help you with. So I again stated what I wanted and did not get a reply. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waiting 5 days again until I called. I was finally able to get through to someone and she was very nice. I explained to her what was going on and mentioned the ordeal and that I wanted a refund. She apologized and said no problem I will cancel the order and issue a refund. She also stated I should get the refund in 2 days. That was a week ago. Now yesterday I see a package in front of my door step and I see it's from learherup. The packaging job looks like **** and it's the **** boots I didnt want anymore. So i said no problem I'll send it back but let me see if I got the refund then because if that's the case I'll do the right thing and send back the boots for them. Well i just got alittle bit more angrier when i saw that the lady lied to me and did not cancel the order or issued a refund AND well look at that I got a return of the original boots I sent back so its just a paper weight now. AND on top of that coincidentally I received an email 2 days ago that they are not excepting brand new boots because it's not in the original package. Brand new boots with tags on it and all. Unfortunately the box was damaged by rain. Atleast charge for a restock fee which I'm fine with. Other normal companies do that. But not these guys. That's how they get you. They wait for a month to pass so that way it will be difficult for you to get a refund. That's ***

      You returned your purchase and the boots were USED, you also returned your boots without the boot box that they came in. because of this the boots were shipped back to you as they were not allowed to be returned for a refund at that point. If the boots were defective, we would have done a warranty replacement. Since this was not the case your return was not accepted and again you were sent back your boots

      You got to be kidding me. You and who ever told you this info is a liar. Those boots were not used and are brand spanking new. If BBB had the option I'd upload screens shots of them so everyone can see that you guys are liars. Unfortunately the box was destroyed by rain and I explained that to the representative and that I'd pay a restock fee. Now these boots are useless. I made past purchases from you guys and was a customer that came back again and you still didn't do the right thing. And your email reply times are poor as ****. And Yes I will continue to give bad reviews on social media and on any site that has reviews for people interested in buying so the can beware of the service in case they do choose to do so. Im angry at myself for not reading the poor reviews that outweighs the good ones. Now I'm paying for it. Never heard of a company not taking something brand new without its box. It's ok I'll tell every rider I meet not to shop with you guys when they need gear.
