              On 11/12/2021 at 5:35 pm, I placed an online order, #153, from the Nederland, TX store. According to the Tracker, the order was finished baking for almost an hour before it ever even left the store. The driver finally arrived at almost an hour after baking was done. I had already been on the phone, trying to cancel the order, but no one at the Nederland store would answer the phone. I am still trying to get my money back,, but have given up on reaching anyone at the store.. Saturday morning, I will contact my bank. The total was $20 including tip.
