3 HOURS to get my pizza !!! Garbage, when you call them they hold you 45 min playing a stupid announcement.

I ordered domino’s on 9/9 at around 10 something at night. Store #2794 was the closest to make my delivery. I saw who could’ve been my delivery driver out my window. My instructions were to leave the food on the chair by the door which I sent my son out to get because I live in a apartment building. The food was never delivered. I checked the tracker thinking maybe something was wrong and the guy wasn’t my delivery driver but then it’s said my food was delivered. I called the store to report this matter and the people that worked there just kept passing the phone around like it was a joke. I spoke to the delivery driver and he said he delivered it and put it on the chair like I said but turned out it was delivered to someone else’s door. I asked to speak with the manager and she got on the phone I explained the situation she was very nonchalant about the incident. She told me her name was Ayesha which I felt she was telling a lie. I asked for a refund she said she can only give me store credit. I asked for corporate number she said she didn’t have it. At this point I’m upset I don’t have my food or money.? I leave out to go to the store and mysteriously my food was sitting on the chair. The delivery guy came back got my food that had been sitting on someone else’s porch and put it by my door. That’s disgusting and unacceptable. I took the food to the store to get my money back and as I was sitting outside the delivery guy pulled back up. I tried to ask him about the food and his exact words “you don’t put no fear in my heart shorty” and walked out into the store. I went in after him proceeding to ask for my money back. The person who I’m guessing was the manager attempted at something but continued to tell me she couldn’t give me a refund. I allowed her to make my food again because at that point I was pissed. But within the time I was trying to get a refund the same delivery started talking crazy because he made a mistake. Words were passed back n forth he threatened me stating he will blow all my **** up. He said “don’t let this dominos uniform fool you”. Also stated “I got your address”. At this point I fear for my life because someone that works for this company has threatened my life and has my personal information. I had to rush back home to my kids because it was late but I’m going to make a police report on this guy. I will never order anything else from domino’s. I want to speak with someone in the corporate office because this is very unacceptable.
