If I could give a 0 I would. My car was repossessed on Monday. I paid it off Friday at 9am. I called this company to get it back and they said I can't get it back until MONDAY because they don't have anymore appointments. The man said "if we have a cancelation, we will call you and squeeze you in." I didn't like that so I called the police, a lawyer and did some research myself and found out that per ******* law ******, I should be able to get my car within an hour of paying it off and asking to come get it. So I went in lyft and went there. Upon arrival, the man told me that I cannot get my car because my appointment isn't until Monday at 1:30pm. I told him the law and he said it doesn't matter, I have to wait. I then told him I spoke with the police earlier and then he stopped talking to me and said he'll wait for the police to arrive. So I went outside and called the police. When they arrived, I told them the law and let them see it. The spoke to the man inside and told me that there's nothing they can do and I have to wait until Monday. This company is terrible. I called before I arrived and they told me they close at 5pm. I arrive at 430pm. While they spoke to the officers, they said they close at 3pm. I called the phone number in front of them and it said they close at 4pm. It's all a scam. They even admitted that my car is all paid off and they aren't making money from it, but they can't give it to me because they are closed. How are yall closed when I'm inside. It was a terrible experience and those officers ***** badge ***** and officer **** badge ***** need their badges taken and need more training. Policy doesn't supercede law.
