      I went to retrieve my personal property from Specialized towing company located at ***************************** My audio equipment was missing! Three Jbl blue tooth speakers. Three Amplifiers and two 6x9 fosgate speakers and a 10 inch android flat screen radio.

      The only thing that was not returned was the blue tooth speakers that were not found. All the other items were attached to the truck the radio and the speakers and the amp all attached not removed unit went to auction.

      So regarding  my Bluetooth  speakers  the weren't  returned! They were in the truck one  other front seat two were in the center console.  My amps were behind the seat! I was told all were removed from the inside and I didn't  receive that in the three bags of belongings  the gave to me! The auction  has nothing  to do with removal of belongings!  Specialized  assumed truck was being sold however  I have cleared the past due charges. That's  why my audio was removed! Seemingly  they assumed  the truck was being sold. However  it's  not you can contact my lender! I'm  up to date on payments!  This is totally  wrong! I'm  not completely  sure what was removed from the bed as well ! I had two bbq grills ! I smoker  and a small grill on truck. as well as all my pool equipment!Specialized  Seemingly  felt my truck  wasn't going to be obtained hence the removals  of my property and the sending it to *****! Nothing posted in office indicating  removal of truck after a certain  time. No letter, no email or phone call! No conveyance  when I'm obtain my parrot from truck. This is truly acceptable and with person  to person chat Specialized  has a reputation  for doing this type of act!

      This company was trying to repossess a vehicle and enter to my property and broke the outside door

      There is a high probability that the damage was pre existing but nonetheless our manager attempted to repair this fence. After receiving the debtors complaint our manager went to the hardware store and purchased the materials necessary to do the fence repair. When he arrived back at the debtor's house the boyfriend refused to let him do the repairs. Said he would be sending us an invoice. As far as we're concerned we feel we did our best to correct the issue.

      They towed my car and were closed for holidays so i had to wait 3 days to get my car and charge me extra because they were closed on Black Friday and weekend, this seems scammy

      I am a current victim from the hurricanes and my car was towed by this company. When I called to have my car picked up the people on the phone was obvious were not from *******. They were the rudest and very disrespectful. When asked if I could speak with someone else they hung up on me.

      My car was repossessed on 9/30/24 y specialized towing. We went to the coral springs location to retrieve the car after getting things corrected with our financial institute. When we arrived at the facility at our appointment time the lot attendant was bringing around another person's car. He asked if we were waiting on the 2019 ****** in which we were. He asked us if we would like to come back and move the car as he did not want to cause any "more" damage or ruin the clutch. My husband walked back with the lot attendant and upon arriving at the car my husband first noticed that the fender of the car was sticking out and he needed to push it back in. The car had been previously hit in the front bumper not in the fender where this damage was found. The upon entering the car to move it out of the lot my husband said we have a problem. The lot attendant threw up his hands over his face and started shaking his head. The lot attendant then admitted to my husband that they did not know how to properly open the center conceal and because they needed to account for the contents of the car the proceeded to ripe it open. The center conceal was broken and the screws from the person who did this were left on the passenger seat. When I signed the forms for the release of the car I was provided with photos, none of which showed the "damage" they claim was how the car came in to them. I have a copy of those original signed forms. Today while emailing with the "claims" department I was provided with a new revised form which now shows the interior of the car, and the center conceal broken. None of which had been shown at pick up. The fact that the lot attendant admitted to causing the damage should be enough for them to own up to the fact that they caused the damage and should fix what they did.

      We have reviewed this claim and it seems all these damages were not done in process of recovery or while unit was on lot. I did receive a statement from agent and lot staff. I have attached all images from recovery and this is what was sent to your lender at time of pick up. The conversation was a bit different when Lot attendant mentioned that your husband was the one asking how we got into center console as it was damaged prior to recovery. Also the damage was also mentioned by your husband as he said he got into a wreck. That is what caused all these allegations. These have been noted as pre existing damages and were not done by our staff or company. We will be denying this claim.

      I am rejecting this response because: Thids is incorrect information. The papers that i signed with the photos of my car did not include the photos of the damage. It wasn't until today after I made a complaint that I received those photos taken by the lot. The front bumper damage was from a wreck that is correct. The complaint is for the fender not the bumper. The complaint for the center conceal and my husband asking them how they opened it was clearly because they didn't know how to use the latch to get it open and that was clear. We have documentation of the car after the accident and there is no damage to the fender at that time. We have documentation that the center conceal was not damaged when it was taken from the driveway. Again, the lot attendant who walked with my husband to the car admitted that they did in fact damage the inside conceal because they didn't know how to open it and as part of the requirement to documenting the contents of the car, they had no choice but to force it open. The lot attendant also knew that there was damage inside as as soon as my husband opened the door and questioned why the seat was laid all the way down and why the center conceal was broken the lot attendant thru his hands over his face and shook his head and that is when he admitted their faults. He then said for us to go back inside to get the information for filing a complaint which we did. What baffles me is that it is only after the face and after i signed the release papers that i am getting a new set of papers with the "damage." I reject this response and will be escalating this to the coral springs police department.

      I am rejecting this response because: This is totally unacceptable. I can understand a disgruntled customer because of having to go through a tow, however I am not upset about that. Rightfully so my car was repossessed. I took care of that issue. As the company hired by ******* to come and take possession of the car, I am very upset at the condition I received my car back in as it was not the way they took it from my driveway. I also have cameras in the front of my house with 24 hour surveillance and it records the passenger side of the car every day, there was no damage to the fender by the light like there is damage to the bumper. Also again, the center conceal was admittedly broken by one of your employees upon inspection of the car when it was brought to your lot. Do the right thing, take care of the damage that was caused by your employee. Your reviews confirm that this is not the first time and im sure it wont be the last that property has been damaged.

      On July 5th 2024 my car was repossessed sooner than anticipated and on July 17th 2024 I retrieved my vehicle from SPECIALIZED TOWING in ********************* I had been in the process of moving and very carefully organized my trunk to place items inside. One of the items that was the most precious is my parents urn containing their ashes. On the front there are two plaques with both their names their dates of birth and their dates are passing. It has a lock or I should say it had a lock that was obviously broken off and not amongst my items that I retrieved. When I opened my vehicle the first thing I looked for was my parents urn. You could tell they'd been just tossed into the trunk because it was on the back side with the lid broken off one part of the hinges and the special items that I placed into the box that have special meaning to my parents we're scattered all about. I have never been the type to cry but this absolutely broke my heart that someone could be so careless inconsiderate and heartless. I believe I paid $600 for that box when my mother died in 1997 and $600 was chunk of change back in 1997 for a 25 year old. My wallet was in a vehicle my driver's license missing $200 missing gift cards to various retail outlets and grocery stores missing all of my debit cards credit cards business cards etc we're not in the correct spots. Antenna on top of my car broken and the only reason I figured that out was when I sat down and it jabbed me in my back. Why they put it on the front seat I don't know they rifled through my stuff like they were robbing a home there's a USB port broken it's portable holds up to you I believe eight USBS they broke it right off it's setting and yet it's velcro inside my car there is some sort of item in my vehicle that almost looks like it's drugs there is garbage that does not belong in my vehicle because it's not my garbage I don't know what these people did but they are disgusting human beings and should be thrown in jail.

      It is unfortunate that ************** would be so low as to attempt to use the urn he had in his trunk as a way to benefit monetarily from his vehicle's recovery. . The urn was returned in the same condition it was found and the wallet was checked for anything with value for safe keeping but the result was there was nothing of value in the wallet. ************** uses cynical words like "rifled through my stuff like they were robbing a home" but fails to mention how his vehicle was overloaded with stuff. The fact is that all the items left in the car were inventoried and placed in bins for storage as required by Florida law. That is not a crime.

      Before I start with the issues at hand I'd like a little more respect for my parents and their last name as well as mine it is Wood not *****.

      Now to matter at hand my parents remains. I videotaped myself opening the trunk the day i retrieved my vehicle at your location in *************. The gentleman who brought my vehicle to me is standing to my left and is seen and heard in the video as we had a conversation about the urn. You might want to ask him if he remembers the gentleman who opened his trunk looking for his parents urn and broke down in tears to find it broken open and the items of sentimental value placed inside over the years strewn about.
      My vehicle was not towed in the condition it was returned. I certainly did not have things thrown all about my vehicle the way your employees threw them in. I carefully packed things in the trunk in a manner that was almost OCD. I didn't really have a chance to go through my vehicle that day and find the things wrong with it that I did. My Uber sign is broken my USB housing port is broken and for the love of God I'd like to know how the h*** my antenna on top of my car got broken and was stuffed in between the cushions of my driver's side seat. The way they threw things into a bag and tossed them into my car was disgusting. Chemical agents with scissors and clothing and children's toys for my grandchildren all together in one bag. Not only do you have disregard for the dead you disregard for the living. 
      The gentleman who brought my vehicle had a conversation with the young lady behind the counter asking if I had an appointment I mentioned I did and as a matter of fact I told him later when I first arrived I have been trying to call and showed him my phone and I have the call logs to prove that I called many times as well as a friend of mine who was trying to get in touch with anybody to let them know I'd be running late due to the weather and the fact that a friend of mine could not drive me there after all. They seem to have no knowledge at that appointment. 

      This cynic and yes you called it right, was disgusted in the way you responded to me saying that I would use my parents for monetary gain and that I would sink so low to do so makes me think that you are nothing but a heartless person and perhaps you should take a trip to Oz. 
      You mentioned that there was no money in my wallet. Why is my license missing the $200 and gift cards that I received last christmas? I'm certainly not accusing him, but if someone's alone in my vehicle and it's taking so long to retrieve it and he's coming down the street that's nowhere near the business in my opinion, how quickly can anybody take anything from a vehicle in an alone situation? it's made me think that you should probably change the spelling of your company from SPECIALIZED TOWING to SPECIAL LIES TOWING especially after reading the reviews of your handling of other vehicles.
      As I said the video will show everything in the way it was found and also as I clean out my vehicle I videotaped myself emptying each bag to make sure it was on record. 

      I'd also like to know if the vehicles are kept on the same lot as the office? If so why was my vehicle brought up from *********** and why did it take so **** long if I had an appointment at 9:30? And finally I want to know how my car was towed because it sure as h*** seems like it was almost dropped when being unloaded and this would not surprise me with the way you treated my items inside of the vehicle why would you give a **** about the vehicle itself.

      My vehicle was towed the end of April and I pick my belongings up within 20 days. There were two items missing out of my bag. I called 20 times to the location. Never got a return phone call back. I left messages. I filed a complaint via email . Never got an email back. no one called to say they didnt have my property. No one called to apologize or anything and I still dont have my belongings.

      My car received damages while being towed too this Companies Tow Yard from ********** To ***** ******* and they refuse to Pay for the damages.       This company towed my vehicle on 2/9/2024. All fees were paid to the title loan company on 2/9/2024. I was called to call the tow company to verify release which was received at 12:30. The tow company refused me of getting my vehicle on 2/9/2024 and stated I cant pick up my vehicle until 2/12/2024. My vehicle has medications inside the vehicle for my disabled son. I disclosed pick up of my vehicle needs to be on 2/8/2024 due to extensive medical reasons of my son. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told there were no supervisor for the company. This is unacceptable as all fees and balances have been paid to the title loan company and cleared. I also have many valuables in my car due to a recent move and afraid my personals will be stolen when I return to my vehicle. I strongly need to pick up my vehicle on 2/9/2024 due to the medical reasons regarding my son.

      The consumer's vehicle was not towed, it was repossessed. Unfortunately repossessed vehicle and personal property redemptions are done by appointment only. We need time to dig out the car and gather the personal belongings. Simply writing a complaint on the BBB will not change that. What the consumer is purposely not to disclosing is the fact that we offer them the ability to come and pick up any medication that *** be needed. This doesn't fit their narrative that we are bad and we want to keep him from his belongings so we can steal everything.
