Worst customer service! Our flight which they booked was canceled and they didn’t offer much help. My travel agent, bless her heart worked over time getting us a flight to the first port two days later. NCL would not talk about a refund for the two days we didn’t sleep in their beds or eat their food. Insurance paid for lodging one day ahead of boat getting to port but Norwegian did nothing to compensate missed days on the boat. Never again will I book on this cruise line or any of their affiliates!
