    I have gradually been coming back to this review over time to drop the rating again and again. This company is a disaster.I first gave them 5 stars because the first time I asked for paperwork, ****** responded immediately and sent me what I needed and then once she was done, she asked for a review, which I wrote, and that concluded my first experience.Later, I found out my name was written wrong in the system which prevented me from making an account on their website and accessing the online forms. I sent them an email to change it and they said they would after I filled out some information which I did. I also set up direct deposit which they processed with no effort. I was attempting to make a reservation at the clubhouse and called 6 days in advance(on a Monday) and they told me I was supposed to call 7 days in advance and therefore they wont process it. I asked them if I called on Sunday(they don't work weekends) if then they would have processed it, and they told me yes. This led me to believe that it wasn't because they couldnt do it, but they had no obligation to do it because I didn't follow their rule. I let this go and decided to simply follow their rules next time. The last time, I had an incredibly outrageous experience and am absolutely livid. I called them on Wednesday and asked for roof access to fix my AC. There is currently an excessive heat warning in ********** right now. They made a ticket and told me they would call me back. I waited like an idiot to get a call back and then Monday came and I realized that I'm not gonna get a call. So I called again on Monday(Labor Day) and knew I wouldn't get a response because it's a holiday which I accepted. They told me they would make a ticket and call me back. I waited until 5pm on Tuesday because I once again got no call and made yet another ticket for them to call me at 12pm, Wednesday(today). It's been a week and it's past noon. I got no call. I emailed them on Monday and received no reply.

While escrow in June 2021 listed you as an owner, an updated deed provided to us in July 2022 required that you be 'removed' as an owner. Per the ***s rules, only legal owners may access the *** portal, which would allow access to *** forms for HVAC repair and Clubhouse reservations. Either of the two legal owners may provide you with their portal login information to access the forms below. However, as of today, neither of the two legal owners appear to have registered as owners in the ***s portal. To clarify, neither you or the current legal owners have access to the forms through the *** portal.If you have documents that show your status as a current legal owner, these may be submitted with a **************** Request at https://**************************************/customer-service-request/ or by emailing the forms with your name, address, contact information, and a brief summary of the requested action to ****************. Once legal ownership is established, you may contact us between 8 am to 6 pm at ************ if you require immediate, personal assistance in registering in the portal, accessing forms, and managing your account online.We are happy to assist you in any of that process, and apologize again for any delay or confusion.
