      Charlie **** Tried not to tell me the finance rate. He said it was one I wouldnt refuse. I currently have a 2.5. He not only wanted me to go up to 7.5 but I specifically instructed him that I wanted a HELOC. NOT A REFINANCE. I called the office to report him but got his sect. Seems she was expecting me to call. Im 67. Just had back surgery DOES ANYONE CARE?

      I bought my home with them almost 2 years ago, and have had continuous issues. They provided me conflicting closing disclosure paperwork, they still do not have the correct address on the property and it has become an ordeal. The property was sold with the incorrect address, and they refuse to fix it without me filing paperwork that is difficult for me to obtain. Somehow my insurance company can pull the documents they need to verify yet the mortgage company cannot? They sent notices that my insurance doesn't match my property address however it matches what the state and county has and FEMA as well. My address can be verified with the county tax office online, and the post office, however they insist I send in a 911 verification and a tax bill to be able to change it, which I am not able to do at this time. It is insane to me to think that I can buy a house and they get the address wrong! And then they refuse to fix it! And they knew it was wrong from the start- during the buying process I signed documents 4 times changing the address on the paperwork, however at closing it did not show the correct address and when I questioned they said that THIS is the correct address. 2 years is an insane amount of time to be still dealing with this situation. I have spoken with their customer service to no avail, and am beyond frustrated. I emailed documents but apparently they didn't get them and I did not save them in my outbox, and I don't have the ability to scan in the documents again at this time. How can they sell me a house with the wrong address??? And how, once it is discovered, can they not correct it??? How can they lay that burden on me? I would not recommend them to anyone, their post-sale support is horrendous, the insurance department is sympathetic but can't fix it, and customer service is a joke. I have called my loan officer and will be calling my realtor as well to tell them how bad this company is- and I feel bad saying that but it's been a nightmare!!!

      I applied for a home equity loan the 3rd week of June 2024. The first loan officer I didnt receive any information or response from for 3 weeks. I called to get another loan officer and ended up with ********************************* who was great the first two weeks in July, but once again no returned emails or phone calls about my loan. Its now August 14 2024 and still no response. DONT EVER USE THIS COMPANY AND BELIEVE ALL THE COMPLAINTS AND LAWSUITS!!!!!!!

      I am a customer in good standing and having a mortgage through NAF. Under my closing agreement NAF is supposed to pay my home insurance premium on time. Recently, my insurance carrier threatened to cancel my policy for non-payment as they said they never had gotten a check. For the better part of a month NAF said they sent the check and indeed they did and almost a month later I find out that the insurance company had received it but it was damaged and could not be cashed. I never got support from NAF to follow-up with my insurance carrier and was left to make hours of phone calls between my lender and my insurance carrier and no one could tell me definitively if the check was cashed and meanwhile, I was reaching a critical point where my policy would be cancelled or my premiums increased and my credit score damaged! I was never contacted by any customer support at NAF so I literally had to spend as I said hours of my time doing their job for them and getting frustrated at not getting the answers of assistance from NAF. They have a very poor customer service and this I hope reflects on them negatively to force improvements as they boast about how great their customer support is and I experienced the exact opposite.

      Please read the reviews. I wish I wouldve before doing business with this company. Our close date was yesterday 7/22 I am Standing at the end of my driveway with a loaded moving truck and no where to take it to right now 7/23 and havent heard one word from anyone since Friday 7/18. No apology for incompetence, no offer to help pay for the over 2k in additional expenses theyve costed me from this, in fact nothing from anyone at all. I reached out to a manager from the company named ****** who was a complete joke and chose to make excuses and place blame on 3rd party companies they use. Im honestly in complete disbelief at the lack of integrity and professionalism from this company. Your just another loan to them, please read the reviews and take your business to someone who can actually get the job done.

      Absolutely not. I couldn't recommend using a company that doesn't hold themselves accountable for anything whatsoever. The three ringed circus they put me through, knowing the time-line, and sensitivity of my situation, they failed to disclose multiple time-gated conditional issues, until the week I was "supposed," to close. They changed my loan terms and conditions multiple times, over and over, after signing document after document after document, saying I was approved, and my conditions were locked in. How does one lock in conditions, that seem to change every single day? The ********************* team is an absolute joke. No one has any idea what is going on, they don't communicate amongst themselves, and completely left my title company in the dark. This was after multiple reassurances that they would handle all communication with the title company. They had no idea about the loan, dates, ect. They do not hold themselves, or each other accountable for anything. They finger point, and pass the buck, nothing is ever their fault. They can't give a single straightforward honest answer, because the terms WILL change, every single time. When a company doesn't hold employees accountable for their actions, and or well, complete lack thereof, I personally wouldn't invest a single cent into something that feels wrongs. Every day there was another problem, they can't do this that or the other, because of x,y,z reason, but nothing was ever on NAF. I cannot recommend any of their services, because they aren't worth anything. You are a loan number. They just see you as a dollar sign, not as a human being. ****** gets treated with better respect.
