      I contacted Included Health ten times over the next few months to figure out why all my claims still said “processing”, each time I was told to do additional homework and it would all be fixed. These are some of the tasks they asked me to complete; Get my oldest three children to call in and grant me permission to talk with them Go through all the 45 claims and check for missing information Create a Google Sheet with columns for each claim, child, the amount for each child, provider and the claim number and email it to them Have my children send in a text that also gave them permission to work with me because they processed the phone calls wrong Print, fill out and submit six “continuing care forms” to Included Health who checked them over and said they were right and that they would further them on to Anthem When I called a month later to see if those forms had been processed (they had not) Re-print out, fill out and submit those forms because I had forgotten to check one of the boxes They were all denied payment because they were missing information (Included Health verified all the information was there) Wait another 30 days for my re-try to be processed and call back Call back in 30 days to see if the continuance of care forms were submitted (they never were submitted by Included Health) Schedule a call with a “manager” who would escalate the problem. Have another call at an unnamed time tomorrow because they don’t have time today Email the Google Sheet (that took me three hours to complete) to Yvonne Yvonne said she never got it Hit “return” and send again which she then got They realized they had given me the wrong forms for “continuity of care” and needed me to fill out six additional forms instead (they realized this three months after I filled out and submitted the the form six times for my children)

      I would give them zero stars if I could. Absolutely worst experience I have ever ha trying to get a regular plan medication approved. The people there are rude and so unhelpful. They are so incredibly cheap and only care about keeping money in their pockets -- patient issues do not matter to them. Worst experience ever!!
