I went to dealer to fill up a form for a warranty reimbursement on 04/09/22 due to a car that I purchased there which was involved in an accident and was a total loss. I filled up all the paperwork and was told that I would receive my reimbursement check in about 4-6 weeks. After not receiving check I contacted dealer to find out status. I was told that only the supervisor ***************************** was the only one that could help me with my problem. I have left her tons of messages and sent tons of emails but she has not replied to them and all she has done is ignore all my messages. She is very unprofessional. I cannot believe that a person like **** can be a supervisor. She has no work ethic. Everyone that answers the phone tells me that they cannot get ahold of her since they dont have a paging system and all they do is transfer me to her voicemail which is useless since she doesnt bother returning any calls. It has now been almost 3 months and Im still waiting for my check or a return call from ****. Stay away from this place. They are very unprofessional and dont care about their customers.
