      We purchased the garage door in January 2023. We had several calls due to malfunction. Recently the garage door resisted opening, partial opening and closing. We made a service call. The gentleman that came out and diagnosed the problem. The track and hinges needed greasing. He did this for is and charged $200.00. We had not been given any maintenance information from the original installers. The second incident was about 3 weeks ago when **************, and in particular our address, went without power for 2 1/2 days. During those days the garage door would not nor could not open. Thus we called and spoke with ?****? who answers the phone. Upon telling him he set us up to be the first case and the gentleman arrived about 9:00. He walked over to the wall trigger and pressed it and the door opened. I said why didn't **** tell me to activate the back up battery. Also the back up battery failed hours later. I called once again and spoke with someone and was told that the battery should last 5 days or longer. It didn't. Also I was charged $149 for something that should have been told to me on the first call. Now I have a back up battery the evidently will only work once or twice. We have had several problems with this door since new. It is unfair for a business to operate with folks that seemingly do not know their job responsibilities.

      This is a negative 5 star review. I purchased a garage door from this Company during the first of the 2023 year. I explained to the salesperson that I needed a door that would hold up to the weather, wind and rain. The salesperson got me into a door that was supposed to hold up and it did not. The salesperson also told me not worry, the door was covered under a lifetime warranty. I also asked him if my existing garage door opener was strong enough to operate the new door and he said yes. Unfortunately the garage door did not hold up to the weather and buckled and the garage door opener failed to lift the door. When I called to replace the door under warranty, they quickly declined and said the door was infact not covered under the warranty. They made an appointment with me to come out and access the damage, they canceled a half an hour before arrival. They did not offer any viable solutions. I know that if they had told me the door was not covered under the warranty, I would have paid more for a stronger door and if the had a protection plan I would have paid for that. The salesperson was uneducated with his products, warranty and service options. The service manager was not helpful or understanding of the situation, he was dishonest and would not let me speak to anyone above him to come up with a fair solution.

      The crazy storm that we just had blew your door in. We told you to call your homeowners insurance because this is an act of nature, not something covered under a garage door warranty.Quit trying to blame the storm on our family business... I didn't ask for the storm....You're a bad human for doing all of this to try to hurt our small family business because a storm blew your door in. Do you really think I'm going to buy you a new door? Do you really feel like you're entitled to a new door here? You're a very unreasonable person and your expectations are quite frankly laughable.

      I think you're greatly missing the point here. Your sales person told me the door would be covered under the warranty if there was damage due to wind. All I want is accountability from the company. I have called homeowners, it doesn't cover the door. You guys didn't even offer to come out and look at the damage to access if it could be repaired and reinforced. This issue has nothing to due with me trying to get a free door. Your salesperson lied to me. You were inconsiderate when you called to cancel your appointment with me to look at the damage to the door and discuss options. This is not about destroying a small business, it's about accountability and good, honest customer **********************. At the end of all of this, your sales rep lied and you didn't provide good customer **********************.
