              Poor follow up an poor communication regarding the need for two separate inspections for installation on a gas water heater. I went through Lowes, where I bought the water heater and that company linked me to ARS. Next time I will look elsewhere. Also, tried reaching ARS via email and got no response, and no voicemail when phone went unanswered on several occasions.
