            I purched a used pcm with a lifetime warranty back in the beginning of December I didnt receive the part or any confirmation till after I had reached out to the company in January I finally received the car part and put it in my vehicle using all the proper instructions and the part was defective so I contacted the company and they took 5 days to reply back with me I got the part shipped back to them and they took a month to fix the same part and send it back to me. When putting the part in my car i was having the same issues. I reached out va text call and email till finally a week later someone answered my email with little to no help about troubleshooting. I again asked if they cant help Id like to send the part back and get a full refund as Iv been very patient with them.             Buyer beware I returned my ecm because it did not work properly. Trying to get a replacement or my money back you can't talk to anyone if you call on the phone they hang up. They answer text but with no name. I will never deal with them again wish I looked at the bbb complaints before I purchased. Apparently I am not the only one
