Mr. S***** of Vermin Control has been to my home twice. Once was because I had called a different pest control company who stood me up, but Mr. S***** very kindly came to my home within 24 hours of my non-emergency call. He did a very comprehensive spray of my house, and even though that was more than a year ago, I continue to have little to no pests, despite living in a very old house in the countryside. His second visit came via a 9-1-1 call I placed because I was on crutches and found a snake in my bathtub! 9-1-1 called Vermin Control - I didn't know that there's no emergency service help in my area for this kind of thing (shame on my local leaders for that). Mr. S***** came out despite the late hour - 9p.m. - he remembered me, and was sensitive to the fact that I'm disabled and live alone, plus was recovering from surgery and barely able to walk, let alone handle a snake in my tub. He removed the snake and relocated it to the nearby woods. He searched other parts of my house to see if there were any others. He also did not charge me for that visit, because I was an established customer. Mr. S***** was very professional and kind to me, gave me a lot of helpful information about pest control, and took care of problems I thought I was going to have to endure because of where I live, in a rural setting. He made parts of my home usable again. I believe his rates were reasonable for what he does. I have no complaints about the service he gave me.
