              I bought a car from waikem Kia now diehl Kia in massillon Ohio after about 57,000 miles my cars horn stoped working i went in to have it checked and was told it was a know issue with the car and its due to a faulty connection that leads to water leak and malfunction of the horn. At the time they replaced it. now at 97,000 miles the horn is starting to go out again. I have 100,000 mile extended warranty. I made an appointment to get it checked and fixed they want me to agree to pay a 109$ diagnostic fee if the insurance won’t cover the part. However it fits a know issue with the car why would I even need to use the extended warranty Kia should cover cost of the fix due to faulty parts. I half to sign a contract agreeing to pay before they even look at the car. This is not the first problem I’ve had with this company “first they told me they would give me some add ons” then tried to back out of them. Me and my co-signer had to come in three different times due to the finance manager messing up the paperwork” I only went here because I thought it be an in and out thing but as normal they half to make everything more difficult..

              I spent over $3000 in travel to purchase a chevy tahoe from Diehl of Robinson. As I was connecting to my 2nd flight (they refused to allow me to purchase on line and said I had to fly down in person 7hrs one way) Already had my financing, paid insurance, arranged a shipping company (they would not help) the truck was completely rusted underneath!
