      We have been with Nextiva for a long time and never had any issues until our credit card on file changed. After updating the card, we encountered problems with automatic payment processing. I contacted customer support, and they assured me that the payment would process automatically. However, I later discovered that our phone lines were not working, even though Nextiva had been charging our new card for new invoices. They never processed the initial outstanding payment that we couldn't complete online.Despite multiple emails to their support center, the payment was never processed correctly. We were charged for several months without receiving any service due to this unresolved invoice. It's unacceptable that Nextiva failed to process the payment properly, despite having the correct card on file. They disconnected our service but continued to charge us for months.This is completely unfair and a poor business practice. I plan to consult with my legal team and take them to court for charging us without providing service. I strongly advise potential customers to look elsewherethere are better companies out there that offer superior service. Do not settle for a company like this, where the customer service is outsourced globally, and they can't even handle a basic payment process!Nextivas online payment processing system is outdated and cumbersome; you can't pay manually or view outstanding invoices easily. Their system is primitive, slow, and their management is irresponsible. They dont care about their customers; they only care about your money!I do not recommend this business. Believe me, you're better off avoiding themyoull likely face issues eventually.       The worst experience. They were super helpful for the first 2 months, I've had their service since July of 2021. I called in February 2024 to port my numbers out and was advised I was out of my 2 year contract. I called again, now August 2024, to complete my port out and they told me my contract auto renewed for another 2 year contract back in July of 2023. I never received a notification about my contract auto renewing and was not advised I was in a new contract. Not to mention the port was unsuccessful and they told they don't have my phone number anymore!! I was extremely upset and they would not let me out of my auto renewed contract even though they don't have the phone number I use their service with. So frustrating. The Representative told me I signed their contract with the Auto Renew clause back in 2021. Their contract is very predatorial and they are not straight forward with their contract renewals.

      This has been the worst experience, I was sold deceptively that I would be able to use the app. I have had no working sms messaging but yet they continue to charge me for a service I am unable to use. Terrible customer service, not helpful. Very distasteful this whole experience with this company. Yet to cancel this whole thing they want to charge $600 for a service I have yet to use.

      Nextiva has been great so far! It's been amazing to be able to communicate with our team members and client communication has been great. Have nothing but positive feedback for this platform. Haven't been able to use the texting option yet but cannot wait for this. I love Nextiva and Team Nextiva. Stay Amazing.

      We switched from an old analog phone system to VOIP with Nextiva. We love that Nextiva is cloud based and can be accessed from anywhere. The admin portal is user friendly and easy to use. We recently decided to automate our phones in lieu of a receptionist. I was able to do this myself without any training needed. I also love that my employees can use the Nextiva app when working from home and not have to give out their personal numbers. We have been very satisfied with Nextiva!

      My quest for a voice service for our business had been beset by frustration, particularly with Xfinity and *** Voice, whose setups I struggled to configure due to the absence of live technical support. As a non-technophile, I required personalized guidance to navigate the installation process and port our business phone number. Fortunately, Nextiva's live tech support proved to be a game-changer, offering a user-friendly interface and a supportive technician who was both patient and affable. I regret not contacting Nextiva earlier, which would have spared me the ordeal with other companies. With their expert assistance, I successfully established our voice system and am thoroughly delighted with the outcome.

      I've been a customer of ********************** for over three years I had a fraud situation with my credit card which was canceled these people just sent 1 e-mail for payment that passed me by and then canceled my account without a call now they're holding my 800 number won't let me port it out without starting another account why would I stay with this company in any Manor this kind of ignorance towards companies I recommend you don't use these people they don't care about anything of their for customer service

      Great to work with, service is easy to setup and works flawlessly. We've been using it for about a year now and have had zero service interruptions and call quality is always great. We're using a 500 MB fiber connection. I really like the flexibility and ease of designing call routing.
