We were in dire need for a new mattress and we have been looking for quite some time. We just never felt comfortable making the purchase because we never go the proper information about the right mattress that would work for both my husband and I. That all changed when we visited Sack Time Mattress. A friend of mine referred us and we were so impressed with Tahnee. She is so knowledgeable about the construction of all the mattresses, and she took the time to listen to both my husband and my needs and she recommended the best mattress for us. We felt comfortable and didn't feel pressured at all which made the buying experience pleasurable. We are confident to say we made the right choice my purchasing our new mattress at Sack Time Mattress. Thank you Tahnee and ******** you are the best!

June 2021 I had the unfortunate experience of buying a mattress through Sack Time Mattress.First: the owners lied about the composition of the mattress. This is not a matter of 'she said/I said' as I recorded my second interaction, which is legal in *******. Speaking with the regional Chattam and ***** representative (****), I also found out I'd basically bought a Revere mattress, basically renamed by Sack Time. An online search indicated I'd overpaid by up to $800.Second: the lining under the box spring was mostly not attached to the frame, thus it dragged on the floor. How could they have missed it??Third: Sack Time had agreed to re-attach our headboard. This did not happen, using some excuse about the "post-it falling off the order sheet". When they came back to attach the box spring lining, they tried to re-attach the head board but the two young chaps did not seem to have a clue, nor the proper equipment. With the mattress and box spring scattered around the bedroom but fed up, we dismissed the young men and found someone else to finish the job.I can NOT recommend Sack Time.

We are sorry to hear that you did not have a pleasant experience with our store. We tried our very best to put a new frame onto an existing headboard, which you were clearly notified that the bolts may not align from the new frame to the old headboard. Before purchase and delivery we did mention we will do our best, but cannot guarantee if the holes do not match up and if they don't you will have to hire a handyman to either mount the headboard onto the wall or drill new holes. We do not drill onto clients furniture for liability reason. You were very well aware of this. As for the fabric underneath the box spring, we did come back to re-staple that fabric onto the bottom of the wood encasement, yes this can happen when delivering the merchandise, the delivery team have to be extra careful to not slide their fingers an inch over the wood encasement so that the fingers don't pull on the fabric. We had apologized for this and quickly fixed it. Concerning the mattress, you came into the store to see what we had for a new master bedroom mattress and you choose to purchase the *************** that we carry. You did not buy right on the spot and purchased days after, which gave time to think o n this purchase. The mattress you choose in our showroom is called the Geneva Eurotop and not the Revere Eurotop. You did see different products in our showroom with different materials explained. We apologize that names can get confusing and that we do not sell online for this specific model. We have our store that you came into to try and test it out before purchasing with professional advice given to you, it was not an online sell. I, Tahnee, was the person that helped you select your new mattress and you did confirm to us after sleeping on the new mattress that you were very content of the comfort. The most important is that you are having a good night sleep with the right mattress for you and this is what you had confirmed to us.

1. Both Tahnee and Ziva (2 separate visits to their store) assured me that the headboard would be attached to the frame they provided, even showing me the metal 'adjuster' plates they used, if needed. There was no mention of not drilling into customer's furniture.2. We had to get someone else to do the job, who said it was an easy fix and did not take much time. 3. Probably because I have recorded proof, Sacktime makes no mention of telling me that the mattress has three layers of latex, which it does not. In fact, the Chattam and ***** distributor ****** followed up by talking to Sacktime about it. He also said the Revere and Geneva are basically the same mattress.4. I do not recall telling Sacktime we were happy with the mattress as, when asked, the headboard was either loose and noisy or the mattress was in two parts, scattered around the bedroom!5. I am done with Sacktime and can only reiterate buyer beware. It is my opinion that Sacktime will tell you whatever they need to in order to make a sale.
