Since 04/16/2024 I have submitted 8 warranty claims with no response until today 04/29/2024. They responded because I complained. I had a complete garage door failure with my car stuck inside on Saturday 04/27/2024. I reached out to the Builder **** onsite for the ******************* and was referred to call the after hours emergency line. I reached out on 04/24/2024 at 10:05am and explained my situation and was told someone would call me back. I also reached out to Kodiak Garage doors as advised with no response. I went the entire day without a call back while I had to get creative and unlodge the door from the bolt on the motor for the garage and get my car out of the garage. I then reached out again on Sunday at 9am expressing its been 24 hours, no response and my garage door is still broke. I was advised someone would call me back. I got a call from a *** and was told that it could wait until Monday and I said no, it was submitted on Saturday morning and I received nothing from you guys. I expect this to be handled today. He said he would reach out to the garage door company and get back with me. At 4:10pm after no hearing back I reached out to *** again and was met with rudeness and that we do not reach out to update yall. I asked for his manager, he gave me ****** number. I reached out and left a voicemail and no response. I called the emergency line again and *** called me back and acted like he didnt know me and was quite rude yet again on the phone. At this point I am furious. I finally got a email from ****** today stating I need to send pictures of my garage instead of sending someone to fix it, Telling me one of my claims is cosmetic and can wait until my 1 year, and my sprinklers arent covered anymore because I am past the 90 days which would have been 03/28/2024 where recorded temps were still in the 30's. I sent a warranty request on 04/16/2024 after turning the sprinklers on for the first time since 12/28/24 when the house was purchased.
