    The dealership has had my vehicle (a 2019 ***** Blazer) three times this summer for a repair that they cannot pinpoint. The vehicle flashes ESC/parking assist on the dashboard and loses power driving down the road. When I pull over, shut off the vehicle, and restart, the vehicle will not upshift. At this point they have had my vehicle for over eight weeks total time. They lack follow up in communicating regarding the status of any potential repair. The first time the vehicle was in, I asked for appraisal on it for the purchase of a new car. They would not give me the appraisal over the phone and insisted I come in to see them. I will say the dealership has paid my rental fees while the vehicle has been in for the undetermined, as of yet, repair. The lack of communication is my main concern with them and not being able to pinpoint the repair needed, along with not being transparent on a trade in value. I have also heard from other ***** owners, they have experienced similar problems on model years around 2019. At this point, despite being a loyal ***** owner, I will not be purchasing another one of their vehicles.
