********, they dont work with you and they will sell you a lemon car. There Al about making commission then getting you into a car that liable for your family. If you have a problem with your car they wont work with you. They rather you trade the car in and ask for more money and you might need a co-signer. Had my car for I believe 2yrs and its been giving me problems ever since and now its broken down and the dealership wont do nothing about it. If I can give them a 0 I would. Do not buy from them. A cousin of my bought from them as well and her car had problems too.Courtesy Chevrolet Response

I am sorry you feel that way, but we are happy to have our Jeep store take a look at your vehicle at no charge to try and determine what happened.Review from Juan V.

I'll never be doing business with Courtesy ever again. After agreeing to a set monthly payment signing for it, I get a call a week later saying I need to come in and sign again for a different payment and interest rate. Sold me a vehicle with a loud engine noise, took it to them for them to just send to another dealership. I show them the problem right in front of their face but they just use any tactic to get me out of the store. It's crazy how before you agree on a deal they're willing to lend you any car on the lot but as soon as you've purchased a vehicle and need help from them they can care less. This isn't a business about family or wanting to help just to s**** your overCourtesy Chevrolet Response

We have spoken to **** about his truck. He is concerned about a noise that he hears, because it may an issue down the road. There is no issue with his truck he purchased in May 2022. The truck has been to a local **** store twice and they found no issue. We also put a OBD scanner for any type of mechanical failure and it came back all systems are good to go. His is worried about the warranty on the truck that expires soon and he wants something fixed that is not an issue. **** chose not to purchase and extended warranty at the time of the sale in May 2022. If there is any issue between now and when the warranty expires in May or by exceeding the ***** miles allowed (whichever comes first), the warranty would still be in effect.Customer Response

That's kind of crazy to say there's nothing wrong with the vehicle knowing the noise in hearing is definitely not normal, it's really noticeable and it was noticed when I purchased at your store and I was told whatever I wanted to hear just so you guys could make a sale. Now that I have proof and paperwork stating that I've taken it in twice and I was told it's the turbos by ****. What more proof do you need? Your store should just own up to selling me this lemon and get it fixed for me. Instead of giving me the run around on where I need to go and yo take it to other dealerships and what not. A more simple solution to this problem would have been for you guys to actually evaluate the vehicles you guys put on your lot. I know for a fact there's an issue with my vehicle and I know for a fact that the noise has increased drastically. All I know is I had the exact same vehicle same mileage and drivetrain and did not hear anything like the noise that's coming out of the vehicle you sold me.Review from Res S

The worst customer service and experience trying to buy new vehicle. Got the run around, was told multiple times they would keep me updated on status but was never contacted unless I contacted them or they were trying to upsell me to a different vehicle. (By the manager). I had a vehicle reserved for months, finally I just went to another dealer and purchased a vehicle (which was a great experience) and miraculously the day after I left a message stating I purchased another vehicle, the vehicle I put money down and reserved showed up.(on a holiday no less) Dont waste your time. Shady business practices, very poor customer service. I would give negative stars if I could.Review from Betsy A.

Our company has been a vendor of Courtesy Chevrolet Fleet for many years and over that time have had good and bad experiences. Usually we were able to resolve any issues internally but recently Courtesy Chevrolet Fleet has crossed a line that is irreparable. As a result from their staff being over worked and under supported their customer service and business ethics have severely deteriorated. Courtesy Chevrolet Fleet is in the process of unwinding a deal that they were brokering for us and I was informed about it from a third party, they have not yet called to confirm this course of action. The deal fell apart when I requested two items from them that they were unwilling to share. The first item was a payoff letter they received in order to confirm the payoff amount our company was responsible for. Courtesy Chevrolet Fleet simply sent me the amount in a text message and ignored multiple requests for the official document. The second item was an itemized receipt for fees in the amount of $5,372. When this was requested I was told, and I quote, "We do not have the time [for] all the back and forth." and when I went to upper management I was still denied an itemized receipt and it was decided by Courtesy Chevrolet Fleet that the deal that had already been funded would be unwinded because our company refused to pay the hidden, unitemized fees. On top of all this, when Courtesy Chevrolet Fleets finance manager called the loan broker to inform her of the unwinding he proceeded to make unfounded accusations about my personal financial situation creating an uncomfortable and highly unprofessional situation for everyone involved.Review from Michael Z

They sold me a faulty new car, turns out they sold me one of their loaner cars and didnt even offer me to test drive it. The first 3 months I had it, it broke down on me and left me on the side of the road I get it towed and they provide me with a loaner, 3 days later I get it back a month later it breaks down on me again so I get it towed back to them got it back a day later saying it was a sensor and a month after that it broke down on me again so I get it towed to them again then the mechanic met with me apologizing saying it was his fault he didnt do a proper job. A year later it breaks down on me again this time theyre gonna take longer not provide a loaner leaving me to pay $30 Lyft rides to and from work and not provide any assistance. I bought what I thought was a new car and I wouldnt have too many issues and if it did they would be minor but no completely broke down on me 3 times and 4th time was cracked pistons and turbo not working. Do not recommend going here for your car needs, I only continue to go them just to hold them responsible for selling me a faulty vehicle.Review from Ken Z

Don't trust Courtesy Chevrolet. Starting at the beginning. I went there to look at cars. I found one that I liked we went to arrange financing and I specifically told (in the presence of salesman and my wife) they were only allowed to run my credit once. Repeat ONCE.!! This specific requirement (ONLY ONCE) was repeated to the finance person when we were sent to his office. They didn't listen and ran it four times and destroyed my credit scores from very costly to my credit report. They ran a hard credit four times GMAC, ALLY Bank COAF, and Courtesy Chevrolet. The four times cost me a total of 260 points in two credit ratings. My previous scores were;Equifax WAS 778 down **** points to 646 20% hit Transunion WAS 767 down =129 points to 638 20% hit As you can see their ineptness and failure to listen to me cost me dearly, I went from excellent credit and keep to fair mediocre at best, no apologies, no I'm sorry no nothing.I'm looking into legal actions against them for the damage done to my credit report. If they did this to you here's a link to legal remedy. https://www.nolo.com/legal-encyclopedia/remedies-fcra-violations.html Now let's talk about the other problem I'm 6 foot five about 270 my wife is 5/2 but 105. We used to have a ******* Navigator that had memory seats, mirrors, pedals, and steering wheel. We specifically bought the Tahoes because the salesman told us it had that feature. Showed us the 2 keys and said the car was Pre owner certified and it had the memory seats, mirrors etc. just like the Navigator. So we get the car home and after multiple efforts to set the MEMORY up buy the manual and the internet NO MIRRORS!Now add three visits to the dealership to figure out why it's not working or saving the memory. I have six or seven hours into this MEMORY c*** and no resolution.I was told by a service tech who checked with GM that the mirrors ARE part of the package. (******, I think)I dropped the car of at Courtesy Tuesday August 3rd I didnt hear a peep for 5 days and then it was that they couldnt figure it out. ***************** is the Service Manager They were supposed to contact Chevrolet direct to find out what was wrong, but I got nothing from Courtesy. The car has been there 2 weeks now and Im still not getting any resolution to either issue. I looked up on the Internet and found out this isn't true that there are wires and a module that need to be connected for the system to work.Link to internet chat about fixing the problem.https://www.tahoeyukonforum.com/threads/memory-seats-but-no-memory-package.113593/
