I ordered an air gun. It took them 5 days to even ship it. When I did receive it. It was defective. When I contacted them I was told I was responsible for return shipping. It cost me $60.00 to return this air gun. They should have Covered return shipping on a defective item. So much for supporting arizona business.

We are sorry you feel this way. We offered to do an exchange for no charge to you. When you decided you wanted to do a return for full refund, we refered you to the terms of our return policy which states that you would be responsible for shipping it back to us. We had already paid for the free shipping to you, and we were giving you a 100% refund. Alternatively, we were offering to exchange the product you were claiming defective for no charge to you. We try to accomodate our customers, but we can not take a loss because a customer changes their mind on a purchase.Review from David A

Their products are good and the prices are fair but their shipping rates are out of this world. I can pay a slightly higher price on **** or Amazon and still get it much, much cheaper then here.Airguns of Arizona Response

It is unfortunate that you would leave us a low rating instead of simply ordering elsewhere if you can get better shipping. Location and dimensions play a big part in how *** calculates their shipping charges and we have no control over this. I gave you a low rating because I wanted to let others know your shipping charges are outrageous. As far as why didn't I purchase elsewhere, I did. Here is an example of your charges.I randomly selected a pack of Copperhead BBs that cost $2.75 and weight 4 oz. You wanted $21.53 shipping, I checked with **** Priority Mail and it would cost me $2.85 to ship the same item to you. Let me also add ********* Amazon and **** and mostly get free shipping but when I pay shipping it is 71% less then yours.Review from Bill W

I've been doing business with AOA for at least a dozen or so years and have never been dissatisfied with even one experience. I've spent thousands of dollars and purchased rifles, pistols, scopes, and a high-quality compressor from them as well as accessories, and I've never had to return a single product for any reason. Their shipping is protective of whatever your purchase with double boxing for rifles and tightly taped bubble wrap for most everything else. Absolutely no damage ever due to packaging in shipping! Their used gun selection is very often rated in conditions that are far better than described and sometimes include "new old stock" at substantial discounts. I've purchased airgun products at nearly all of the online dealers, and still do, but I always come back to AOA for the highest quality airguns at fair and honest prices!Review from Chuck O

I can tell you right up front that this company is top notch. I have purchased many guns and accessories over the years and they have been outstanding. I had a problem with one of my PCP Weihrauch rifles and they repaired the rifle without hesitation. I can tell you when Im spending thousands of dollars I want this company standing behind the products they are selling. I sent my air gun in to be resealed all in all around $1000.00. It went bad in les than 200 rounds. Tried and tried to get hold of them. My friend how has more time than me finally got hold of them and knows guns at least real ones. He asked if they could walk him through replacing the seal on the barrel that went bad so fast because I ordered a seal kit also. They said they did not have time to deal with a walk through. At a cost of almost $300.00 to ship it back and forth I found a guy by chance how could do it for me. The toper! The seal kit sent with my air gun was for a different caliber. I for one will never use these people again!Review from Eddie V

Avoid this place unprofessional they will help you and are nice when they want your business ones they got your money good luck trying to get helped again *********** comes out, In Aug I order an LCS for urly September delivery 3 weak of September no updates or nothing called just to get the because of Covid bull that it would take 2 weeks been calling its easier to get a hold of the president ***** and never respond October 10 and nothing never again from this company if you can call it that.Review from Al

Order was placed for a item on back stock, minutes later there was a email for prove of purchase. Then 2 days later when I went on to the website to check for my perchase update I could not log on to the website and I still can't get into my profile with my email and past word. I know I was using the email adress that I used to register on the website cause that's the email address the prove of purchase was send to from the company, plus when I try to used the Forgot Password feature it's saying there is no email address in their database that ************** address. Bad experience, make me don't want to buy any thing online anymore. Plus I conversated with someone on the live messaging on the website and explain my situation and I still didn't get back my money nor the product.Review from Dave C.
