On March5ht we provided photos and the response was as follows:"We have reviewed your claim to see what options we could offer. Unfortunately, fabric wear is not covered under your service contract, as it is considered regular wear and tear. If you have further questions, please review your contract for more details, specifically the "What is Not Covered" section. Based on the contract, we are unable to approve this claim. We apologize for the inconvenience."We ask that our case is reconsidered and appropriate actions are taken:Send personnel to clean or replace the fabric as promised.Ps specifically the spots on fabric are: yellow marker, chocolate, liquid spots.
