I signed my newly adopted cat for an OWP. My other cat goes to the **** ** location and I have had no issues. Although the staff was not helpful when my cat passed away in January, I still gave them another shot.My new cat came to me with a bad sneeze. **************** at the Birch St location noticed a possible issue with his ear and stated "there was nothing to worry about". That is until a few weeks later and he stopped eating, could not walk, and could not stand on his own. I only had the cat for 1 month before I had to give him back to the rescue.Now I have to continue to pay for a plan I am not using, I cannot transfer it to another animal when I get one and in order to cancel it will cost me almost $700. I understand what the plan consists of, however, I also feel that this poor 8 month old kitten would still be here if the doctor took action when the problem was noticed. I would like at least half the amount taken off so I could cancel and my next pet will go somewhere else. As soon as my other plan comes up for renewal, I will also not renew that plan.
