About a month or so ago I had Hull Plumbing come out to scope my line, knowing there was a break in 1 side of the house and knowing that the other side the normal camera would not fit. I was charged full price for them to find and **** the break under my house, with the guarantee that they would scope the other side of the house once completed (This is the original side that we wanted scoped due to the drains backing up). The technician at the time said they would just run the scope down the other side once the pipe was exposed. However, the pipes never met up so they were unable to do it that way. From there before they finished the person fixing my pipes said once he got back to the office would check on their smaller camera and schedule someone to come out and scope it... After about a week of waiting I called Hull Plumbing to find out this person no longer works there and they would send someone out Monday and that the Manager would give me a call to discuss the previous issues and review I had left on the BBB website. Never received a call Monday, left a message to have her call me at 4PM & called Tuesday at 1PM to have her call me and have not received a call. Within that time I had sales rep call me on Tuesday Morning to tell me they don't have a small enough camera and that I need to contact a different company to have that scoped and pay them to have it done. An hour later their Quality Control shows up at my door and tell me to use the same company but it is because there camera is broken and it is in the shop. This is all on top of a bunch of other problems I have had with indoor cleanup and not informing me that they were going to complete the cement work without a ***** and just do it themselves, but I was billed for it. They have lied to me on several occasion and at this point I would like my money back for the scoping as they never finished the job and want to have me use another company. The work was 350$ completed on 01/12/22.
