I asked for two quotes for fixing a sewer: one for fixing the whole pipe and one for a spot fix. I would pay for inspection (400$) if I didn't go with the company. We were told it was the city's problem and that inspection was free. Never got quotes or inspection results.A month and a half later sewage is starting to back ** in our back yard. Call to get a write up for the first inspection and to have plumbers come out to inspect the new issue and pump our sewage. First tech calls the plumbers. He proceeds to share a bunch of information he never gave us and changes story about what he said.He tried to chalk it up to "miscommunication" which makes no sense. If it was miscommunication it would have been cleared up with the write up on the work (that conveniently wasn't written due to free inspection) or by sending us the two quotes we asked for. Three people heard it the exact same way the first time he came out and three people heard it a completely different way the second time. It's so obviously a lie, and I wanted to get to the bottom of it.I call up the company and get a hold of the technician's supervisor. After I explain the problem, he proceeds to ask, "So the issue is you never got any quotes?" as if he heard nothing. He then tries to say the sewage issue probably isn't a big deal and suggests a method of snaking that I've been told by other plumbers might break the pipe. I ask him for his word that if the pipe breaks he'll repair it. He says he'll call me tomorrow and try to come out.It's past 2 PM and he hasn't called me. I'm pretty upset at this point, so I call the office (the front desk worker was amazing). After being put on hold, she let's me know the reason the company hadn't called is "Because it slipped the supervisors mind".He calls back only after I change plumbers and tries to blame me for everything that happens. I tell him I'm changing plumber and to have a nice day. He responds smugly, "I will have a good day". Terrible

Hull plumbing was at my home twice problem with stool leaking after flushing & 2nd stool was slow draining,bathtub back up Jacob was the plumber who assured me he would get problem resolved second time he came back and in about 45min to 1 hr everything was workings works fast and hard very respectful and polite,on time upfront pricing and fair gave me info re:the plumbing problem business office was also informative . Please with Jacob work Alice.S
