      I will try and keep this short. I bought a 2023 ************* brand new. When I bought the car the sales rep admitted to joy riding the car to get gas (its brand new, you cannot do that) he even said "your car is fast" with a big ol smile on his face. When bringing it in for an oil change they wrecked my car and told me to bring it back to get it fixed. They tried to fix it 3 separate times over a 2 month time frame. To this day, it is still not fixed. I have asked them several times to look into replacing my windshield, again, still cracked and not replaced when I paid for windshield protection. I noticed it was having transmission issues (shifting very aggressively in first gear and sometimes slipping). Brought it in, they called me to confirm that it does indeed need a new transmission and to keep the loaner car they gave me. When I took the loaner car, I advised the guy at the desk that I travel for my job and will go over that 50 miles, he said it is fine. I also reminded him again about my windshield and he said it was already approved and they will replace it. They had my car for 3 weeks. A manager called me because I called in saying I needed to go out of state and needed to drop off the loaner car, so he calls me to literally yell at me for going over ********************************************** the windshield. I immediately brought the car back for him to say I don't need a transmission in my car and I am paying for the damage on the loaner. Again, my windshield was still not replaced in this 3 week time frame and my car is still having transmission issues. Horrible business.

      Do yourself a big favor and do some serious homework on this dealership and some of their engine issues, which can be devastating. Also, buyer beware of certain years of some models, for example, engine failure potential. Do not be deceived by all of the high marks and ratings given here or on any of the other major sites that offer reviews. Our experience has been decent in the past after buying two Certified pre-owned vehicles. Our first was a 2014 Sonata which had catastrophic engine failure at 72K miles. ****** was replaced as expected and has performed well so far. Fingers crossed. ****** warranty was extended to 120K miles. ****** vehicle was a Certified pre-owned 2017 Santa Fe Sport 2 wheel drive with the 2.4 liter engine. Just over 70K miles and check engine light with "****** failure" code appeared. Assumed engine would be replaced. After being promised a three to four week wait for diagnosis with absolutely no communication, we suddenly get a call, after almost 90 days of waiting, saying it's been fixed with an engine bearing software upgrade and owe almost 400 dollars for work I knew nothing about and did not authorize. We went in to pick up the Santa Fe awhile later and asked if they could work with us on the bill after being forced to purchase another used vehicle to replace the rental we were getting price raped for. The only thing done was removal of .5 hours labor before we saw the bill. Not impressive folks! Needless to say, you ******** boys need to listen loud and clear to your customers, and bring your "A" game with customer service, for it will make or break you. My unfortunate experience has negated my loyalty to the best power train warranty offered in the business simply because of the way this ordeal was handled by your staff in the service department. Don't force yourself to be the worst dealership in town simply because you cannot train your staff to have stellar customer service first. Stuck with a Lemon I can't sell and won't trade.
