            Last Sep 3 my motorhome was towed to a Gary Sapp Automotive in Pensacola to have repairs done for an overheating problem. I picked it up on Sept 29 paying an invoice of $7066. After driving the motor home for a total of 79 miles the motor home overheated again. The motor home was towed to Bay City Paint & Body in Alabama. The mechanics are telling me that the repairs previously done at Gary Sapp Auto. were grossly inadequately performed and they did not replace the original failed parts, as I told them to do, causing it to overheat again and causing more damage to the engine. The motorhome is still at the second repair facility being repaired and I expect this repair episode to be around $10,000 or more due to the gross negligence of Gary Sapp,

            I took my vehicle in to get new tires put on in November 2023. When I got out of the car after getting home from the shop, I noticed that all 4 aluminum wheels were damaged around the lug nuts from using an impact wrench socket that was too short. Three of the wheels were also damaged around the rim, presumably from the bead breaker/tire changer scraping against the wheel rims. Two of those scratches went close to halfway around the wheel. I called the shop and immediately went back so they could take their own pictures as well. I was assured that they would fix the problem. I was told that they would have to find replacement wheels since they could not repair my type of wheel. That was 5 months ago and after well over a dozen calls to the shop, I still have not seen any resolution. I was told a few months ago that they were having trouble finding replacement Toyota wheels, so I asked to be compensated so I could source my own replacements, but I have yet to receive a single call back to give me an update or respond to my messages. When I call, I am always told "give me a few hours to talk to the boss and I'll call you right back" only to never hear back. Like I read in another BBB review, it seems impossible to get past Mr. ****** "defensive line" to make real progress towards a resolution. I hope the owner reads this review so this can be made right and I can write a positive update.
