After carefully reviewing ********************************* account details, service and payment history, recorded calls and email correspondence, we have concluded the following:
***************************** signed a quarterly service agreement with us in August 2020. ***************************** frequently refuses his quarterly service. Since August 2nd, 2021, we have only serviced his property three times out of 8 that should occur in that time period. ***************************** has been notified numerous times that for us to honor the price point and guarantee in the service agreement we would need to service and bill the account on a quarterly basis. ********************** was unhappy with this and claimed he had no agreement with us, which is accessible through our customer portal. A PDF of the service agreement was emailed to him and he claimed it was fabricated.
***************************** was informed of our intent to service him, but he failed to contact us and cancel the service. We serviced him in accordance with his agreement. Our actions are consistent with the agreement we have in place with *********************. In the event he would like to cancel the agreement all he needs to do is cancel it. Refusing to allow us to execute the agreement, refusing to pay for services rendered, and falsely stating that there is no signed agreement would all suggest that ********************************* is acting in bad faith.
