      This company is money hungry and does not take into consideration the customers situation. I have this company to provide service at the home we were renting. We were just informed by the owner that they are wanting to move back into their home in 3 months (June 1st). I called to inform them that I will be needing to cancel their service starting June 1st. I was then transferred to someone else who stated I would need to pay the rest of my contract. He then stated do you want to gift the rest of your contract to someone else. H*** NO.! WTF would I want to pay for pest service at some elses home. Makes now sense to have to pay for a service that will not be done. They have no consideration at all the customers situation regardless of what it is. I have reached out to my local news consumers report team, my district supervisor and my congressman to see if this company is going to be able to consistently do this to customers. We will see how this plays out. Remember this companies name

      When customers sign up for our year service agreement there is a confirmation call to inform the customer about the one-year service agreement and that they would not be able to cancel the service until the service agreement has been met. This agreement was confirmed on 8/24/2023 with one of our office staff noting they confirmed the date of initial service and the terms of the service agreement. We do understand that sometimes living situations change and are willing to help. In this case the initial service is heavily discounted to $49 with the idea that we would be doing pest control service to the entire year. We are more than happy to reach out top the customer and see if there is a alternative option that both parties can agree upon.

      I would not ever go back or suggest anyone to use them. I had to signup for a year long contract that my issue didnt need. I called to see when my contract was to end they said 4 more months. I said after my contract is up I do not wish to extend. They added those notes to my file. 4 months after my contract ended I got another bill. They continued to bill me. Didnt come to my house for any services. When I called they said I didnt call again to cancel even though they read back to me my notes on file that I requested NOT to extend. Because I didnt call back again they changed my contract to month to month. They count on people to not call again and just charge you even when you are no longer using them. Wouldnt reimburse me for the 4 months I thought my contract was already canceled. Horrible customer service. Had to select a star even though I dont feel they deserve any

      Customer had signed up with us for the year and did put in a request to cancel the account in May. We explained service options and to reach back out to us when the customers contract ended if she was still looking to cancel her services, she agreed. Customer did not reach back after two services reminders and 2 completed service appointments. We are happy to call back the customer and see if there is anything else we can do to resolve the issue.

      Customers have the option to call us back at no charge to retreat a home. Not sure on why the customer thinks we only sprayed water but a follow up appointment has been scheduled to address the issue. We are more than happy to reach out to the customer and address this concern and answer any questions about her treatment history as well.

      I have a yearly contract with this pest control company. The contract agreement states they do the service once every three month but in between the months if you need service can call them up to do it for free. My contract was ended on May, 2023. I sent them a written letter in April to cancel the service when the contract expire and not to renew the contract. Then I asked him to come to do the treatment in April. They refused to do it because they know Im canceling the contract in May, and not to renew again. I told them I still pay monthly fee until May, why they cannot come to do the service because its still in the contract, they finally agreed to come to do the treatment, but only use 1 gallon of the solution for the whole front and backyard! Which they normally used about 15 gallons of solution for the whole house. Then they extend my contract for another three months to August without my approval and still charge me the monthly fee of $43.20 each month I called on August 7 and talked to *****. He had mentioned my contract was expired in June already so there is no more charge for my account again and he said will email me a cancellation confirmation. but I never receive a confirmation email from him and instead on the next day I found a new charge for $43.20 appear on my credit card, I tried to call ***** about it Yesterday which was August 14 but he refused and didnt come to answer the phone . I have a conclusion about this company that you have to be very careful when you select a pest control company,, once you reach to the end of the contract and dont want to renew, then they will give you a hard time and also continue collecting your monthly service fee. If they dont refund me for the $43.20 charge, I am going to post my story to my next-door neighbors to let my communities know about this company and service.

      We would be more than happy to reach out to customer and resolve the issue. The agreement states that free reservices are available in between regular services. If they close the account, services rendered might still have monthly billing statements attached to prior services yet to be billed and does not mean that they have the service guarantee just because there is a monthly billing statement still in progress but no future service. We are more than happy to make sure that *** is aware of this and that we would like to see if we would be able to help her out and make her feel better about the situation.

      I had been dealing with these people for a while they have seemed like they were very nice I asked for service for every 3 months I thought they would Bill me for the third month of service I was told that I was build every month whether they came out to service my house or not that is not what I asked now they want to build me four-year contract whether they come out or not add charge me $44 each month I am a senior on a fixed income I cannot afford to pay someone for not for coming out two times and be bill for the whole year that is not right why am I getting billed for the months that I'm not getting service I just don't understand

      Seems to be some communication issues ******** and we would like to reach out to you to get this resolved. The agreement that you had signed was for a quarterly with a monthly subscription charge. In between your regular subscription services, you can call ** back at any time when have a service issue. Which looks like you are using that option. I will make reach out to you today to answer any questions you have.

      Not at all satisfied. I called for pests in my attic, they never addressed it. Just came out every month and sprayed for bugs in my yard. After 6 mo I cancelled the service because they never checked my attic. So I'm still paying for the year contract even tho it's not what I signed up for.
