              Counter tops were installed summer of 2021. After a few months we noticed stains on the stone that weren’t going away. We contacted the sales person and she had some one come look at it after a long period of time. By that time it was May of 2022 and we were away and wanted to get the countertops resealed after our return since the expert said it wasn’t sealed properly. This was approved through our original sales person who left the company. Now that she is gone the owner will not return phone calls and will hold up his end of the bargain to correct the issue. To top it off another sales person and, according to her, the owner say there were sealed properly. Neither have ever been on site and have never seen the countertops. Now that this has happened we are hearing lots more issues that others have had apparently this is normal for this company. The cost to fix this is 2-3 thousand and after paying over $7,000+ for countertops we feel that they should have been properly sealed.
