Recently I spoke with ******** * **** who refused to waive my fee for express delivery. Although I have never used the service was a waiver nor have, I paid I was informed that I did not qualify for the fee to be waived. I explained my situation however it was continuously met denials. I then was able to speak with **** * ***** Neither individual should be in management. I am not a long-time member however I had plan on being one but it's been estab***hed that since I am not a member that had such large deposits I do not matter. Their customer service was a terrible refection on the company as a whole because they showed that no matter your situation the answer will always be no. **** * said out of her own mouth that vystar used to provide waivers and also still does, but I did not meet the criteria I even explained how offensive that came off to me. Was it due to my ethnicity as to why the fee could not be waived or due to the fact that I am not a top dollar member. No reasonable explanation could be provided nor nothing in the policies. I am now unable to pay bill with certain companies because they do not have pay with your account and routing number or bill pay but again ***a and ******** made it very clear that Vystar could care less, and I will be waiting more than ** days for my card because I cannot afford the rush fee, nor could the fee be waived for me.
