I put my *** ***** to be serviced 03/22/23. I was called two days later and was very excited to hear from ****** that the warranty would cover. I asked how much it would be and he said $830 on total because they would put new hoses and belts on. I called every other week to check in, while also giving him a heads up that I hadnt received an email estimate that he said he was sending. Its now April 26th and I called to check in cause its been a couple weeks, well the *** was taken over and is now *************************** of *********. ****** said the person who was over my car moved departments and more less I fell between the cracks. I became confused as Id only talked to ******. He proceeds to explain warranty wont cover, even though he verified all of those things I just said he had told me before. I became tongue tied and confused, speaking out loud. He said no you dont get it, have a nice day and come pick up your car. I the. Spoke to ******** who was pleasant voiced but had absolutely no cat about what ****** had said. It turns out my car has been setting *****, never been touched even though I was told 4 weeks ago that parts were ordered. I guess *****s nothing I can do. People just dont care for one another these days. So even with me laying out of pocket, they were never working on my carReview from Jessica G

I had the best buying experience from Mike Murphy Kia! *****, ****, ******, and ****** were nothing short of phenomenal. I came indecisive between 2 model Kias, and I left with a purchase I absolutely love. I never felt pressured to buy. All the amazing people previously mentioned we worked with were friendly and knowledgeable. I would absolutely recommend buying from Mike Murphy Kia. They will continue to have business from my family in the future.Review from Sarah E

Mike Murphy Kia would not honor 10 year ******* mile warranty on 3 year old Forte. They said the engine died because there was no oil. Master Lube had recently changed it. They came out to **** pulled plug and oil came pouring out. No oil warning light came on because there was oil in it. *** didn't even try to find cause if engin failure, just said no oil, which wasn't true.

My name is **** Murphy *** I personally sat down with *******************, her son, and our Service Manager ***. We called Master Lube together(completely different oil change place across town) they admitted fault and sent and inspector to confirm then the vehicle was towed away from our lot. Review needs to be on Master Lube not Mike Murphy Kia. Hopefully, ****************** will recall that and remove this false review or the BBB will...
