            Terrible, terrible communication, one of the worse company that i ever dealt with. Bought a omega aquaterra that came with box damaged, since then trying to communicate with the company and no communication at all. I'm trying to return but no communication= no way to return. I already took the do not take tags from the watch so that even makes it more difficult. I wish i knew how this company works as i would purchase from a different company... I wish a partial refund for the broken box

            Nervous at first, I managed **** shops for over 15 years and have seen a lot of fake watches. When watch came in the tag attached to the clasp that read not returnable after removed scared me. I took out my eye piece and started examining looking for any flaws and measuring spacing between the letters and layout and gaps in between as well as breathing holes or splotches and found none. I also looked and timed the movement and compared it. (These minor detail flaws are the easiest way to spot a fake. I was convinced at that point that everything was to spec and was in fact real.
