We used Nassau Roofers twice (for leak repair- not sure which company replaced the roof before we purchased the house and when it was replaced but these guys came through for us, and to do our recent roof replacement). Great crew (a team of hard workers) sent to do the roof replacement. Entire roof completed for a split level house in slightly over 7 hours (including break for lunch and rest). Team arrived earlier than 8 AM and started removing the old shingles promptly at 8 AM (talk about efficiency). Every member had a task and knew what to do. Our foreman, ******, was wonderful. He went up to the roof a few times to check on the condition, work done and made sure his team was well fed. He is knowledgable in the roof work and answered all our questions. He discussed the condition of our roof and what work will be done (any rotted wood- thankfully none, discolored wood and what will be done, etc). Prior to his departure, ****** made sure to check with us to see if we had any questions/concerns to addressed and to tell us he was leaving the job site. *****, the President, made the process (from beginning to the roof completion) as stress free as possible. She handled the roof permit and reached out to me only when necessary. She was always available to answer my questions and gave me honest responses. She never forced me to make a decision (eg which shingles company to choose) nor rushed me to go with Nassau Roofers. She worked with me on our availability and made sure a crew was ready (contingent on the weather- impossible to do work with inclement weather and unsafe for anyone so must be flexible with dates/days if the date you set aside had to be changed/rescheduled). ***** was truly a pleasure to work with on this major project. I would definitely go back to Nassau Roofers for any roof issues. They were the only ones that helped take care of our first leak/patch and willing to work with us.
