            They are SCAMMERS. They charged 20$ per person cover at 12:35 am despite publicaly advertising that women are free before 1am. Then they didn't inform that the coat check was cash only until we got inside, and the *** for the club is located outside--which meant that we had to re-wait in line. Then, they wanted to RECHARGE for coat check!

            The bartender charged my card an additional tip that I did not authorize. I did not know until I was going through my bank statements the next week. That was very unprofessional and I will not be going again the business responded with If there was an extra charge then logically you would call the management and report it and then Manager would fix issue .did you call

            Yes and if you were double charged by your server the logical thing to do is call the venue and request a refund if it was an error on our part . We don't make income on server tips so to get money back should not be an issue . But if you missed the notice that gratuity is added for your convenience and you made a mistake and double tipped then we can also request a return on that. But as of now we have had nobody contact us about that!
