Fence WAS installed and looked beautiful in 2013. I was very happy and recommended Liberty Fence to my friends. I was WRONG. Last year Fence started fading . One of Liberty's selling points was lifetime guarantee on materials . I called thinking there would be no.problem. First problem was to get a call back. Finally spoke to someone sent pictures only to hear it was normal wear. This was a disappointment since I purchased Vinyl not wood for this exact reason. However, after awhile I accepted my mistake of believing the salesman found a cleaner & restoring product. ($500+)which made it look better. This year it started to warp . I even ask another Fence company to check out before calling Liberty. They felt installation should have used special screws at the posts. Since I was still under installation warranty I thought no problem. Again I was wrong. It was my windows causing the problem of reflecting the sun. Yes no.joke. Not their responsibility. I guess my.house is only house with windows and sun. They even sent me a copy of warranty from company they purchased my Fence. Again their advertisement misled. Not a long Island company but from Alabama. I decided to call them to explain. I totally recommend ******** VINYL. They listened to my issues asked for pictures and within an hour came up with a unbelievable solution. TOTAL REIMBURSEMENT. The fading made the Fence a total failure. Liberty fence SHOULD have called them last year and my check would have been in the mail then . LIBERTY FENCE IS A TOTAL FAILURE . MORE INTERESTED IN FINDING EXCUSES AND GETTING OUT OF THEIR RESPONSUBILITES. This is the first I have written a bad company review. I felt I had to make the public aware of this inferior company.
